Who is M. Koski? An Amish Artist? I have 4 pencil drawings that are absolutely beautiful. I would like to know more about the artist. What period were they scetched in (year)? Thank you for helping me learn more about the artist!

In 1644 The Church of Plymouth sent a group of men to examine the territory now known as Eastman. One of these men was John Smalley. I am his 8th great-granddaughter. I found your web site helped me understand where my family tree was planted in this great land. I hope I will be able to come to the towns 350 Party and see for myself where it first started.

This brings back long forgotten memories when I visited the Cape. I was born in Rochester, Plymouth, Massachusetts at Cowen's Corner and descend from George Soule & William White of the Mayflower. Your interest and pictures have made this tour fascinating! I would appreciate your making this a link to GenExchange since I am the State Coordinator for Massachusetts. You have made this a worthwhile trip for the many who may never travel the roads to visit in person!

What an awesome site! I came across your pages while looking for more information on Eastham and Cape Cod. My ancestor John Doane (1590-1686) landed in Plymouth in 1630 and was one of the founders of Nauset in 1646. I have not yet had the chance, however, to go to the Cape and I wanted to thank you for your introduction to some of my own family heritage! You live in a wonderful place - treasure it. Keep up the great work. You should all be proud of your accomplishment.

I enjoyed the Sketchbook tremondously since my grandmother,Lucy Maria Higgins (Married Guy Irving Colby,9/21/1885 or 6) was from Eastham. My father,Warren Wallace Colby visited there as a boy ad I have his scrapbook with letters he wrote home when he was Downeast visiting his Higgins grandparents. Very exceptional work you 5th & 6th graders have done! DCS

Rockwell, Laura, and Geoff, I most enjoyed your comparative pictures on this page.I was both surprised and delighted with your choice of using Jack Frost's sketches as a copy of this book is one of my home library favorites and one I spent some time tracking down some years back.Your presentation introduces others not only to this artist but to some of the most interesting spots on the Cape. Bravo on a job well done! ( Perhaps you might like to explore another such project with Frost's book of sketches of Boston during the same period) H.

As a native of Cape Cod and one who still has great pangs of homesickness, I was glad to visit your site and see all the sights I pedaled my bike to as a child and teenager! I'll be sure to point people in your direction so that they can get one of the best overviews of the Cape I've ever seen! Thank you for all your time and effort in producing such a tremendous site with history, geography and love of the Cape all rolled into one!

Hi there. I'm a teacher who helped with one of the other Thinkquest Junior pages (A Pioneer's Journey to the Frontier) and I'd like to compliment you on your nifty page. We live in a town of about 5500 people in south Texas, about 30 minutes from San Antonio. Our area is very rural (we grow a lot of peanuts!) but our elementary school is huge (almost 1000 students). I'd like to come visit YOUR area soon, as it's getting quite hot down here already. Good luck!...Diane Berger
