Pegasus - The Winged Horse

Pegasus is a myth told by Greeks to comfort and entertain people. They say that Pegasus got his name after a magical flying horse. Pegasus was born when a snake-haired woman, called Medusa, was once loved by a sea god called Poseidon. When Medusa was killed by Perseus some of her blood fell into the sea and mixed with it. Then Pegasus was born.
