This is the Strawn/Wagner Diamond. It was found in 1990 by Ms. Shirley Strawn. It weighed 3.03 carats in the rough form, and was cut into a 1.09 carat diamond. The cutter graded it a 0/0/0 flawless diamond, meaning it was an absolutely perfect diamond in every aspect. Out of every billion diamonds found, only one diamond will be this perfect.
