Rock Music is a very popular and adaptable form of music. It originated in the United States in the 1950's when it was known as rock n' roll. Rock music often expressed the joys of being young and sometimes the frustrations of life.
In the 70's, rock was not only dominating the music industry, but influencing many things outside of music as well. Since the 50's, rock has spread from being only liked by teens to being enjoyed by many people all over the world.
