The set of numbers in the table below are the second digits (that means you would put them in the 10's column) of the call number you should look for when you're searching for different languages in the 400's. 
So, a Language number will be constructed (or made up)
like this:

This is where the trick comes in.  You know that the first number in your call number would be 4, but you probably didn't realize what the second digit in the call number would be.  The second number would be the number of the language you are looking for.
