Let's say that your whole class had to do a report on different countries.  We're going to show you how to find books about different languages and literature from other countries in the 400's and 800's and a neat trick to find books in the 900's.

(Now remember, every call number has 3 numbers
to the left of the decimal point.)

  Let's talk about the 400's first.  Automatically, your first number in the hundreds column would be 4, because 400 is the Dewey category for Language.
