At
first I didn't know that much about World War II. It was a
moving experience to find out how much World War II affected
my family. You had to ration stuff like sugar and shoes. I
mean you wouldn't have Nike tennis shoes, or anything like
that. It also means you wouldn't have candy bars. It must
have been terrible to live through the horrid war. My
relatives are still alive to tell the stories. I became
impressed with my family through the stories they told me of
World War II.
At
first I thought World War II was just a war with a lot of
countries involved. It is important because it affected the
whole entire world. World War II destroyed families and put
many countries in debt. It is interesting to learn about how
life was during World War II.
Making this website was very fun and
interesting to me. It was fun because I got to learn about
that part of the family I don't know about and share it with
the world. It is interesting because I learned more about
the war itself.
