HOW YOU SHOULD EAT

You should eat healthy foods. Healthy foods make you grow. Candy does not make you grow. It is okay to eat sweets but you should only eat one helping each day. You should eat meats because they make you get stronger.

Here is a food pryamid:

You should eat 6-12 helpings of bread, pasta or cerals each day.

You should eat 3-7 vegtables each day.

You should eat 3-5 fruits each day.

You should eat 2-4 dairy or meat each day.

You should only eat 0-2 sweets or fats each day.
