So you are old enough to cook
    Milkshakes - 2 cups milk, 5 tablespoons chocolate syrup, about 1 cup of  ice cream.


3/4 cup yogurt, eight ice cubes crushed, 1 and 1/2 cups milk, 1 banana, 1 apple, 1\2 cup of any  fruit, besides another a banana and apple. then mix until thick and all the same color.


    Dessert- Take one drinking cup fill with rice cereal, add chocolate powder about three tablespoons


Add 5 big marshmallows take one half chocolate bar cut up to 1/2 inch size bars warm in microwave for one minute on high.         WARNING CAN BE MESSY


    Main Course- Take two pieces of  bread put tuna on one, put cheese on the other melt cheese, then put chips in the middle, put pieces of  bread together.


    Snack- Take one piece of celery pre-washed put peanut butter on celery, put raisins on top. 
Take a thin slice of lunch meat, then put some cheese in the lunch meat rolled up then eat.
