Mike's Front Page My name is Michael and I am working on the main page for thinkquest. I learned alot from this activity. The part I enjoyed the most was being able to fully customize and make web pages. I moved here from Okinawa, Japan last year. My first experience with computers was in Japan. We lived on a Military base, therefore my classmates all spoke english. Right now I am participating in a sport called Judo. This sport can be very challenging and fun at the same time. Steven's Earthquake Page. My name is Steven and I am working on an earthquake page. I got off to a shaky start, but finished with a big shock to one of my coaches. I like all kinds of sports, including jumping off cliffs at Lake Powell, Arizona/Utah. I am in fifth grade and have Mrs. Spehar as my teacher. I am now playing baseball in the Majors. I play second base and catcher. My team is one and one. I'll see you later, bye!

Matt's Tsunami Page. My name is Matt. I am working on the Tsumani part of the web page. My mom and dad were the coaches for all of us at Canyon View Elementary. My friend's mom said that we couldn't have done this without my parents. My teacher was also very helpful with this project. Besides the web page I am busy with baseball, and preparing for Science Field Day which most of my friends are also doing this coming Friday. Science Field Day is a day where my school competes against other schools in activities such as: Mirror Magic, Paddle Boats, Bean Bag Catapult etc. I am completing in Mirror Magic. There are three children participating in this event. There is two parts to this event. The first part is called free style where we connect the light through all three mirrors. The other part to this event is when your mirrors are stacked on top of the wooden pillars. Hope you like our page. Bye!

Andrew's Volcano Page
Andrew's Volcano Page. Hi, my name is Andrew and I'm 10 years old. I'm in the fifth grade at a school in Southern California. I was born in here but have traveled throughout the western United States and most recently went to Europe to visit many of my relatives. I've even seen Mt. St. Helen's (long after the eruption!). My hobbies include riding bikes (road and mountain biking), playing soccer, playing Nintendo, making origami creations, making web pages and composing short pieces of music for my trumpet.
