Dear Belinda and Whitney, Your web site was very nice. You used a lot of colors. I was impressed with the pictures you had, the borders and the lettering. I know that takes a lot of work. It is amazing for me to read about swimming and to realize how this sport has grown over the years. I used to live in Florida. Did you know that Thomas Edison had a winter home in Ft.Myers? His pool was one of the first in the area. It isn't very large, but it was special for that time. Also, did you know there was an actress who helped make swimming popular? Her name was Esther Williams. Some of her movies were filmed at Cypress Gardens. The pool is still there for visitors to see. You may not know it, but when I lived in Florida, I was certified to teach swimming. So, your web page certainly attracted my attention. Your hard work was worth the effort. I just had a chance to quickly view this site. Although I have not had the time to explore further, I'd like to congratulate all the students involved with this project for an excellent informative website. I feel confident that the future is in the good hands of the next generation. Keep up the good work!

Question- Why are you doing this subject? Answer- Because it was a fun subject to do and we just thought it would be neat. And that's pretty much why. Belinda
