Pictured here are the awards I have received during my two years in 4-H Horsemanship. As you can see they are not all Blue Ribbons. There are quite a few RED (2nd) and YELLOW (3rd) and WHITE (4th). There is one more ribbon that usually is offered at horse events and it is PINK which is awarded for fifth place. I have had a few of those too. What is really cool is sometimes I win a TROPHEY. I have learned that anythng you really want to do takes a lot of hard work and a lot of practice. This is true for riding horses. Sometimes I fall off my horse, but I just brush myself off and get right back on. I guess that is because I love horses so much.
