Summary

After fourteen years in a dungeon, Edmond Dantes escapes by taking a dead manís place. Because Dantes is starting live over as a sailor, his pursuit of revenge will only be possible if a huge treasure exists on the island of Monte Cristo. Edmond Dantes one aim life is revenge on the three men responsible for his imprisonment. The book has happy ending, E. Dantes finds the treasure and accomplishes his aims.

The book teaches about being brave and patient gust like Edmond Dantes did waiting and hoping and not giving up. There are some parts in the book that are not true are not real, they are just fantasy.

This book is interesting and useful for everybody because it teaches how to struggle for truth.
