It's about two years of living with Tanta Rose and Vashti in Boston. Vashti is the herb doctor and Tanta Rose works at a sewing shop. Hannah is the artist in the family who sketches on fish paper and is one of the newpaper delivery kids. Harry is her best, supporting friend. Hannah has tried her best to give her sisters a good life, but you have to admit that if you were fourteen years old trying to raise two five year olds without the help of parents, it would be pretty hard.
Since all the town has come down with a bad case of influenza, Hannah's Vashti tells her to leave Boston like Tanta Rose told her. So, guided by an angel with violet eyes, Hannah gathers up the courage to leave.
Hannah is introduced to Klaus Gerhard. He says his trick to not getting sick is drinking vinegar and that Hannah should call him Uncle Klaus. He's a German. They're enemies.
When I was reading I didn't know would happen next. So, I'm going to stop and let you guess what's going to happen next. If you do read it, maybe you can make your own website about it.
I thought the book was great. It was one of the best books I have ever read! It seems like all books are the same story of a girl and her family being separated form each other. But this book, was one the best books I have ever read. I beg that everyone reading this review read A Time of Angels immediately! Hopefully, you'll enjoy it as much as I did!!!
