This is one of the mant tough decisions that Jannie Had to make "Besides, what would it do to her parents to find out their very own daughter was calling the authorities to announce she had been kidnapped?" (pg. 51)
I could already feel the intensity of this book when I read the first 20 pages. I could not even imagine what Janie Johnson was going through. Can you? I think that Caroline B. Conney did a great job of describing the feelings that Janie was going through. Have you looked at the milk carton lately?
If you want a fast-paced easy reading mystery this book is perfect for you. Out of a possible 10 I give this book a 9. The reason I give it such a high number is because it has the perfect amount of detail. This book really left me on the edge of my seat.
