Milo is one of the main characters in The Phantom Tollboth. He went on a magical tour to a land he'd never seen before. It all started when he had gotten a huge mysterious box . Well, whatever was in that box took him to a magical land called Dictionopolis and many other ones but this is the most distinctive. He meets lots of people creatures and even royalty. Milo has many adventures while on this magical adventure. One of the many adventures include rescuing two princesses.
This is a great book although it is on the younger side of literature. I enjoyed this book and it kept my attention. It is not exactly a page grabber but I couldn't wait to read it after I finished my homework . It cheered me up if was down because he had such great fun with Tick and learning how to waste time with Tick.
