Have you ever flown in a chair or made a wish and a chair made it come true? Molly and Peter got that chance. In the book The Wishing Chair Molly and Peter are brother and sister and they tried to keep this a secret from their mom and dad. They found the chair when they were out buying a birthday present for their mom. They saw a little vase in a weird shop window. They liked it so they went in to buy it. The owner of the shop was a little short man who looked like a nomn. The owner of the shop opened a box and birds, foxes and butterflies came out. Peter and Molly got scared so they took a couple of steps back. They fell into a chair and Molly said, ³I wish I was home!²
My impression of this book is that it was a very good book. It had a lot of action and drama. If you like fairy tale-like stories, you will love this book. In this book, there are many stories of Molly, Peter and someone they find named, Chinkie.
