Awww! As the Abott of Redwall sighed the festivities began at Red wall abbey. Just as the Abott was about to sample the delicious fish there was a knocking at the door. The woodlanders got up from there feast of the harvest and opened the large robust door. Standing in front of them was a circus. They welcomed them to come eat with them. They took them in. Nobody saw the leader put drugs into their wine. Before they could do anything the woodlanders were fast asleep. As they awoke the next morning they were awfully suprised to find two woodlanders dead and one extremely injured they were even more suprised to find almost all the young ones stolen that they very quickly figured out. What will happen when the woodlanders find the those slave driving circus folk that stole their children? Find out.

In the book called Mattimeo (the book that I read) their are a few main characters but the really important one is called Matthias. His child along with a few others have been stolen by the wicked Slagar and his band of slave divers. They are taking them to the south lands where they will be sold to the evil kingdom of Malkariss. Matthais is desperately trying to get his child Mattimeo back as well as other children that have been captured and any other slaves that need to be freed. He is taking a big risk but he has his friends and mothers and fathers which have been taken by Slagar and they are all fierce fighters. Matthais has vowed to bring them back ... even if it kills him.

Back at Redwall the woodlanders go on with their lives until they are captured by General Iron Beak, fiercest fighter in all the north lands. The woodlanders finally hold out in the biggest room of all the abbey, cavern hole. There they sleep eat and bath while trying to figure out a way to get the birds and the general out of their abbey. In the mean time the children are drove to march hard with little food, water, rest and sleep. They are young, homesick and scared out of their wits. Will the woodlanders ever find their children and escape General Iron Beak? Find out.

This a good book and I recommend it. I just want to share with you my favorite quote of the book "Corn flower, stop! Theyıre gone, beleive me. But by my sword Iıll bring them back, I swear it!." This quote was said by Matthais, lets hope it will be a true vow.
