Pro Soccer

Through this section we will share our knowledge about woman's and men's soccer. Including the World Cup, men's major league, and women's major league soccer.

Brazil

We'd like to start out by talking about recent world cup play (France 98). As you may know the United States was one of the teams to make France. But at least my point of view is they're going to get their butts kicked and Brazil will take the cup.

Italy

Italy is also one of the major threats. They having the best goalie in my mind have a great chance of facing and maybe beating Brazil. They're goalie, Compos, has been voted by fans the best goalie in the world.

Mexico

Mexico is another team that has a great chance of being in the championship. Mexico having a lot of talented players is a great team with a lot of fans. Mexico has a lot of good players such as, Zaguinho.who is mexicos star forward he scored 11 goals in the Concacaf gold cup tournament including Mexico's 4-0 win over the USA in the cup final's.

Argentina

Argentina is also a very good team with really cool uniforms. They are ranked high in the judges point of view. They have a good team lead by Gabriel Batistuta.

Women's Pro Soccer

Women's soccer was riding high after the 1996 Olympics, Mia Hamm, Michelle Aker and Julie Foudy have stolen the fans hearts. They were all ready for pro soccer but unfortunately they had not established a league yet. On February 15 1997 The National Soccer Alliance (NSA) announced the formation of the women's pro soccer league. It was to start in April 1998. But by December 1997 the NSA came crashing down and The United States Soccer Federation (USSF) they were one of the sponsors of the Women's and Men's National Teams. But they had not yet approved the women's pro soccer league and they were one of the main sponsors. The NSA investors were mad. A little while after the president of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), Alan Rothenberg announced the creation of the agreed guidelines for the pro woman's league.
