
1. Get in the push-up position.
2. Raise your upper body with your arms.
3. Bend one knee to touch your stomach.
4. Keep alternating the positions of your legs (you don't go anywhere).
The lion run is also known as the squat thrust. It strengthens your leg and arm muscles, which boosts your running and pull-up abilities. It gets you ready for the mile run and the pull-ups.
The hand and fingers have 36 small muscles which allow you to bend and spread your fingers.
