How To Do...Line Jumping

 

1. Stand in front of a line (preferably two feet long) and start jumping back and forth over the line.

Line jumping helps strengthen your calf muscles, which makes you a better runner. This aerobic exercise will get you ready for the mile run.

Trivia:

Each muscle is made up of thousands of fibers.
