
1. Make 2 lines 30 feet away from each other.
2. Run between each line and pick up a chalk eraser.
3. When you run back to the next line drop the eraser.
4. Repeat twice.
5. Then look at your time.
The shuttle run strenghtens your arm and leg muscles and builds endurance. It is an aneorobic exercise.
To smile you use about 17 muscles, and to frown,more than 40.
