
1. Sit on the floor,legs together in front of you,using both hands,reach as far as you can to touch your feet.
2. Sit in a v, stretch as far into the middle of your V as you can.
3. Do a split and stretch to one foot and then the other. Remember you have to use both hands at all times!!!!!
Stretching is important because it loosens your muscles so that you will not pull or strain a muscle. The best times to stretch are before and after a workout.
The muscles in your arms and legs are long and strap-like, with a slight bulge in the middle.
