
1. To do pull-ups you need two things, a bar and your strength.
2. Get your hands in a comfortable position on the bar. You can do this overhand or underhand.
3. Pull your body up with your chin above the bar.
4. See how many you can do.
Doing pull-ups helps your arm and abdominal muscles get stronger. This exercise is aneorobic.
If you weigh 66 pounds, (30kg) about 26 pounds is the weight of your muscles.
