Hello. My name is Heather. I am 11 years old and in
the sixth grade. I live in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. My friends
at my school are Ashley, Daicia, and Leilani. My friend that moved
away is also called Ashley. I like to read, write, and in-line
skate.
I am the oldest of 3 kids. My 7 year old sister's name is Jae. My 2 year old brother's name is Cody. My mom is Rae and my dad is Paul. My dad is a stage builder. He did the stages for Mariah Carey, Michael Jackson, and Gloria Estefan. My mom stays at home while we are at school and watches my brother.
I like the group Backstreet Boys. I also like Usher. Hanson is okay. My favorite actor is Leonardo DiCaprio. My favorite food is pizza. I also like hamburger steak.
I think that Think Quest is fun. Our coach is really nice. We learned a lot of things like how to convert graphics and how to scan. The Turtle Team members are Ashley, Bryant and me. We all had fun making our pages and we all learned a lot of new things. We became interested in art and in who the real Ninja turtles are. We took time after school to work on our pages, stayed in for recess, and if we couldn't come after school, we took time out of class to work on it. We are in the enrichment class together with other kids but they are not on the team.
