An easy way to win is, if you're on the defense try to stop the puck when it's coming towards the goal. If you're on offense try to move the puck to your team's goal. That's how you'd win if you were playing the game, but if you had to sit out you could still win. All you need to do is to cheer your team on and cooperate.

You can do your best by simply striving for the puck and play your best. You also shouldn't get in the penalty box, if you get in the penalty box you will have to stay there for two minutes. You get into the penalty box if you high stick or hit somebody in an unappropriate way. In other words just try your best and try your best!
