Make these your habits and you can stay healthy.
In the morning do simple stretches. Stretches will start moving your muscles and circulate your blood.
When you choose what you are going to wear for the day, make sure to check the weather. If it's cold dress in layers to keep warm. Wear light-colored clothes when it's warm out. (Light-colored clothes will help reflect the sun rays.)
Eat a healthy breakfast. Breakfast will help you be alert and do better at school.
After you eat, brush and floss your teeth.
Pay attention to what you are doing. Be safe at all times.
Be sure to eat lunch. Lunch will keep you energized during the day.
When you're eating, chew food slowly and well. Don't gobble the food down.
Eat a snack to give you more energy. Eat healthy foods not sugar goods.
Too much TV is not a good thing. Instead of wasting time in front of the TV go out and do something.
Wash your hands before and after dinner, after playing outside, and after using the bathroom.
Take baths or showers as often as possible to keep clean.
Make sure to get lots of rest. Kids need 8-11 hours of sleep every night.
Eat healthy foods.
