SCENARIOS
A scenario is a role playing situation of a conflict and a resolution. We use these to discover and practice the process of conflict management. When the conflict managers meet with the adult directors of the program, we do these to get more practice. This prepares us for handling conflicts that might occur at the school. We practice these mostly at the beginning of the year when we are getting back into school, because we are just getting the program started again after the summer break. We also practice these a lot near the end of the year when the new students are selected for next year's program. We also practice these occasionally during the year at our meetings.

Billy: Yes, that did happen. CM1: How did that make you feel? Billy: It made me feel left out and made me feel like a crook or a outcast.
CM2: If this would happen again what would you do to solve it without a CM or a teacher?
