You could help/start your own conflict management program. We want to help you do that.

At our school we have a program that teaches kids to solve conflicts, and by doing that it teaches everybody to solve their own conflicts.

Brief Explanation of what we do:

We have a program called CM ( conflict managers ). We have an election to see who is going to be a CM. The people who get elected have to want to be a CM. This is not a popularity contest.

When CMs go out on duty, they take a clipboard with them. It has report forms and a reminder of the process. Here are the forms we use.
