Size

The pygmy hippo is about 1.2 m (4 ft) long when full grown.

Weight

They weigh about 230 kg (500).

Description

Some people think the babies look like a little eggplant with legs ,but the large ones look a lot like the Nile hippo.

Food

There diet contains of water plants, leaves, fruits, grasses ,and herbs.

Habitat

They live in the wet forests of Liberia, the Ivory Coast, and Sierra Leone.
