Grizzlies are about 8 feet long and stand about 3.5 to 4.5 feet at the shoulder.

The male weighs about 215 to 715 lbs. The female weighs about 150-450 lbs.

The grizzly's fur varies from black to blonde with silver tips (or white tips).

The average grizzly feasts on bison carcasses, elk calves, grasses and honestail ants.

Grizzlies live all across North America.
