People had many types of jobs in Medieval times. There were masons who worked with metal and stone, and there were metalsmiths who worked with silver, gold, iron, steel, and other metals. Some men were carpenters and potters. There were paviors, who paved cobblestones, and craftspersons who made all kinds of necessities. A clockmaker was also a job. There were fletchers who made arrows, shipwrights who made ships, and bladesmiths who made knives. Marblers worked with marble, and limeburners burned chalk to make lime for mortar. All these were occupations, and that's just to name a few!
