1. if you buy caned sodas, remember to cut through the plastic that holds it together. Some birds, as well as fish and water animals, get caught in it.
2. Cut down on pesticide uses on gardens, such as bug spray and fertilizers.
3. Cut down on uses of aerosol cans and spray paints.
4. when you throw away you trash on the beach, make sure it goes in the
trash can. When the trash gets in the ocean, it can kill water animals
and sometimes it can go far enough out in the ocean to hurt whales.
5. if you are at the beach, or any where else, and you see trash, pick
it up. You help by not letting the things in #4 happen.
