Poison dart frogs, or poison arrow frogs live in the Canopy, and the understory. Their great fear is man and bats. They get their name from the Indians who live there. They would catch a frog and rub it's back against their arrows, getting the poison on it. They eat bugs and insects. Their homes are being cut down, and the frogs have no place to go, making them easy prey.
