Free Throw Shooting--You should be balanced before, during, and after the free throw shot. On the free throw line, a player should be comfortable, in a relaxed, but ready position. Focus on the basket, and then shoot.
Passing--The basic passes are: the chest pass, bounce pass, overhead pass, and baseball pass. All of these passes should be crisp and sharp. When you make a pass, you feel a snap in your wrists and fingertips.
Defense--To play good defense, you must work hard. You cannot win without playing good defense. In playing defense, move a little to the person's strong side to force him to use the other hand.
