The two foot high
kick is similar to the one foot high kick. You start a
couple of steps back from the seal skin ball. Then you run
and jump off with two feet. Quickly bring your legs in close
to your body. Once you get to your maximum height, extend
your feet and tap the ball with one or both feet. You need
to make sure that if you kick with only one foot that your
feet are parallel. You need to keep your balance and land on
two feet.
