Scissor Broad Jump

Begin standing from a position with both feet together. Jump forward and land on one foot. Bring the foot that is in the air behind the foot you landed on and put that foot down, kicking out the foot you were standing on. Continue jumping forward with your other foot. Land on one foot. Then jump forward as far as you can and land on two feet. You have to land face forward. Keep your balance!
