First you balance on one hand. Once you are balanced you must stay balanced. You reach up to touch the ball. The person who taps the ball at the highest position is the winner. The person has three chances to touch the ball. If you miss and drop onto the floor it counts for a "no hit." The judges measure how high the ball is. The judges begin at 30 inches for the girls and 40 inches for the boys.
