Kneel down on two knees. You need to be sitting on your heels. The top of your feet need to be flat on the floor. Try to jump up and land on two feet. While you are jumping, use your arms to help you jump up. When you land you have to keep your balance on both feet. They measure how far you jumped from the starting line to the back of your heels. You can't wear knee pads while you are doing the kneel jump. You can wear shoes if you want.
