First you have to sit on the floor and make sure you are facing the ball. Put the leg that you are going to hold under your kicking leg. Balance on your other hand. When you are ready, kick the seal skin ball with the foot you're not holding. The ball starts at 42 inches for the boys' tournament and 36 inches for the girls' tournament.
