This is the page that explains how we did our ThinkQuest page, what computers we used, and our way of thinking. We are both in fourth grade. Nick is homeschooled and Sam is at Mantua Elementary School. We did the text without help and we learned how to do html without a webpage editor! We did it at Nick's house at a Pentium 60 on a Zip disk. The Pentium broke down a couple times so we had to use the laptop for typing. We used Notepad, Internet Explorer, and Netscape. A special thanks to Nick's brother Skye, who helped us, and did the Java Script. Skye also made the main page graphics. To make the sound, we used a microphone. We used some of our own bird feeder pictures and scanned them in to the computer with an EasyPhoto ImageWave. We looked on the Web and asked permission to use graphics. We went to a bird shop and had an interview with one of the experts. He told us a lot of good information. See our credits page.
