My name is Chad C. and I'm one of the ThinkQuest Jr. contestants. I am a fifth grade student at Hartman Elementary School (a Hartman Hawk). We are part of the Omaha Public School system. At first, our team met for 30 minutes per week at school beginning in November, 1997. Next, on December 30th, we went on a field trip to Tech Support Inc. In January we started to work on Saturday afternoons. It took a lot of effort to do this page but it was fun, too. Now I think back on those months and realize how much work we did like HTML, scanning, etc.

 

Hi! My name is Matt D. I'm in 4th grade at Hartman Elementary School. I thought this project was full of learning. On my school Winter Break, Ms. Barbary, Chad and I went on a field trip to Tech Support, Inc. We got to see how circuit boards were made. We saw the inside of machines with embedded computers. We worked on Saturday afternoons for two months. I had fun working on the TQ,Jr. project.
