Element 7 - Nitrogen (N) sound

From nitron and gen, or nitre-forming; discovered 1772; a gas making up 78 percent of the air. Nitrogen can be 'fixed' from the air--compounds include the anaesthetic "laughing gas," explosives such as TNT, fertilizers, and amino-acids--the building blocks of protein.
