Styrafoam is an oil-based product. Styrafoam pollutes the Earth because it cannot be decomposed. Often, many animals mistake the styrafoam as food and eats it, dying soon after. Back to the fact that styrafoam can not be decomposed. Since styrafoam can not be decomposed, it takes up a lot of landfill space. Even after a million years, the styrafoam would be there, still taking up the same amount of landfill space.
