The environment is things like the air, trees, land, and water. These things are all very important for us to survive. Learn more about all these things as you read on. It is also very important for us to keep the environment clean. Many people throw trash away without a second thought. Actually, much of the trash we throw away can be recycled. By reading our pages, find out what kind of materials can be recycled. Reducing the amount of hazardous wastes and polystrene products also helps the environment. You can also reuse things. These three R's (Reduce, Reuse, & Recycle) are very important and all help keep our environment clean. There are also some activities you may want to try that have things to do with the environment.

Our Ecosystem Learn about the important parts of our ecosystem: water, land, air, animals, and trees. Each are endangered by pollution or destruction. Find out more about how you can help stop the destruction!
Natural Resources We will run out of natural resources such as fossil fuels very soon. Read about alternative sources of power that we can use which are replensible, such as nuclear power, solar power, and hydroelectric power.
The Three R's Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle! Each person on this earth can help prevent pollution and destruction of animals' habitats. Learn about what you can do at home to help reduce the pollution and to save our resources!
Activities Write to your congressperson or do activities to help you learn about our environment and pollution. Teachers, we have printable worksheets you can use for your classes! Help save our planet!
