On my trip to London I got to taste some authentic English foods, but I also found out that most English foods have a lot of fat in them.
Fish 'n' chips (fish sticks and french fries) - The fish is fried, but it is meat so it does have protein, but the french fries are not healthy (not that they are anywhere else).
Beans on Toast - This one was not my personal favorite, but the beans do have protein and the bread has B vitamins.
