Hi my name is Kayla, I love this page, I think it is a great way for kids our age to learn about drugs now then later. I did a commercail and I used some os the info off this page it is great. My mom just finished open Heart Surgery and I want To make a diffrence in the way kids and adults think obout drugs. Anyways thank god for this page it is great with exeallent Inormation. I agree that drugs are terrible!! (Well not all drugs) I've been in a stiuation at school when someone asked me to do drugs and they just kept on bribing me into doing it even when I said no. You have a really nice website. I think lots of people can learn form this website.

Well, you need to beef up your info A LOT. You say don't do drugs because they will kill you, but so could riding in a car...walking down the street...eating food (allergic reactions? choking?) everything you do involves risks. And not everyone who smokes a j gets addicted. "Once you start you can't stop"....I'm not saying that this is the outcome of every case, but I've done my share, and so have a lot of people I know. None of us are dependent on them at all to feel good, have fun, etc. and we are all active in soccer, theatre, etc. and make pretty good grades. Who says marijuana slows motivation? Most people I know who smoke marijuana and don't have much motivation never had it in the first place. And the part about marijuana having 400 chemicals (actually, it is 400+) anyway, look at the side of say...a carton of ice cream or bottle of bubble bath. See all those big, hard to pronounce words? Guess what those are...chemicals. What do they put on your tomotoes to keep beetles from eating them? Chemicals. Get my point...well I'm just venting....

I think this site is a fantastic way of letting people know about drugs in an interesting way. The info is relevent to kids our age, around whom drugs are absolutely everywhere. I do, however think people often forget about the other drugs that are out there that are regularly used by kids - diet pills, sniffing glue, ecstacy. People need to be aware of these drugs and their consequences too! But other than that, you guys have done a fab job!

I'm very happy to see the involvement your students are having with technology and the internet. I found the comment in your guest book about your page background interesting. Obviously the reader doesn't consider alcohol to be a drug. I guess this proves the need for more drug education and awareness!
