CROWBERRY. Crowberries are also called blackberries. They remain attached to their evergreen shrubs throughout the winter. This supplies food for some animals during the winter. They grow in the arctic-alpine tundra, in muskeg, forests, and moist and rocky slopes. They are six inch shrubs with needle-like leaves.
