The inside of foot kick is the area between the big tow and the ankle. This kick is
the most accurate of kicks but not the most powerful. Therefore, do not use it for
long passes or shots.
When To Use The Inside Kick.
Get ready. The ball is entering your area. You want to just pass the ball to
the next player. Here is your chance to use the Inside of Foot Kick.
- Approach the ball looking for your target.
- The kicking leg is turned outward to allow the inside of the foot to make full
contact with the ball. Raise you killing foot two or three inches of the ground
So that it will stick the ball in its center. The nonkicking foot is placed
alongside the ball allowing a free swing of the kicking leg.
- The follow through is low and in the intended direction of the kick.
