How to do Inside of Foot Dribbling.
1.To do the inside of foot dribble you must nudge the ball with one foot on a line forward and slightly in line with the other foot.
2.Keep the ball going straight and close to you to maintain control.
Coach Mark HintPractice the inside foot dribble along sideline and with each nudge of each foot bring the ball back to the line. Keep the ball close to you.
